I utilise a recovery oriented framework whereby I actively seek my clients thoughts, feelings and ideas about any treatment approaches they decide to participate in. Rather than specializing in one trauma treatment approach (i.e., CBT), I incorporate techniques and knowledge from a wide variety of fields such as;
