For non-Australian residents, I provide reforming trauma coaching sessions via telephone or via video/audio calls using apps like Skype, Messenger, WeChat, and Whatsapp.

What are the benefits of online reforming trauma coaching sessions via video call as opposed to face to face?

  • Privacy (You can have a reforming trauma coaching session from the comfort of your own home).
  • convenience (No need to fight traffic or find a baby sitter for example).
  • Time (Not everyone has time to travel to and from appointments these days. Video reforming trauma coaching sessions can be done wherever you are; office, home, park etc).
  • For clients that are socially anxious or shy (the majority of people feel more secure and confident when they are behind a computer screen or behind their phone).
  • When you are sick or injured (Maybe you are not feeling well enough to go outside or you have been instructed by your Dr to rest a particular body part).
  • You reside outside of your coach's country of residence.

    My coaching sessions are 60 minutes (longer if specifically requested).

    As an introductory offer, I will give you your first 60 minute reforming trauma coaching session absolutely FREE.

The cost of each 60 minute reforming trauma coaching session will vary depending on which country zone you reside in.

ZONE 1: High income countries such as;

Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay.

ZONE 2: Upper middle income countries such as;

Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Fiji, Grenada, Iran, Jamaica, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Namibia, Paraguay, Peru, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Venezuela.

ZONE 3: Lower income countries such as;

Bangladesh, Cambodia, Congo, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Moldova, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Kosovo, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zambia.

(Countries are classified into zones depending on the countries gross domestic product (GDP) and the current World Bank website)

To save my client's time and money, I do ask my clients to fill out some questionnaires prior to commencement of their 2nd session. This is for the purpose of gaining extra information about yourself and your circumstances.

This is 100% voluntary. The client is 100% in control of whether they fill out any, all or none of the questionnaire provided.

Asides from the usual demographic questions, the questionnaire will contain questions relating to;

  • whether you have received prior counselling or life coaching
  • if so, what worked and what didn't work? What aspects did you like or didn't like?
  • your intended goals or desires
  • what you believe are your strengths and weaknesses
  • questions assessing your learning style (visual, audio, kinesthetic)
  • your trauma experiences
  • any hobbies or interests you may have

The principle behind Life Coaching is for the life coach to adapt and accommodate to the clients personality, personality traits, learning styles etc. Despite any knowledge and/or education that a life coach has about differing coaching styles (i.e., motivational interviewing, cognitive behaviour approach, solution focused approach) these styles are only effective if they MATCH the client and their personality, traits, learning styles and needs.

I aim to save my clients time and money by obtaining as much information about them from the outset. I don't know you and I have never met you before. Like any situation, it takes time to get to know someone properly. So the sooner I can understand how best to coach you and help you to achieve your goals, the better it is for your wallet.

A CRUCIAL aspect of life coaching is the collaborative development of a coaching contract between the coach and the client.

This is an informal contract and is NOT legally binding.

The purpose of the informal coaching contract is to set rules and guidelines about what can and cannot happen during and outside of sessions. A coaching contract may include rules about;

  • Methods of contact (i.e., is it okay for me to send you information to your email? Can I leave you a voice message or send you a text message if I can't reach you or to remind you about your next session?)
  • How your personal information is stored (i.e., pen and paper or computer hardrive? 
  • Hours when the coach can and cannot be contacted (i.e., the coach cannot accept phone calls after 5pm Monday to Friday or at anytime on the weekends).
  • The clients contact hours (during work hours or other inconvenient times).
  • The clients goals.
  • How many sessions do you want to commit to achieving your goals?
  • Where sessions are held and on what days and time.
  • What happens if either the client or coach cancels a reforming trauma coaching session without sufficient prior warning? (if neither party provides the other with at least 48 hours notice of session cancellation, maybe the coach keeps 50% of the session fee from the client if the client is at fault or, alternatively, the coach provides the client with a 50% refund or credit for the session lost if they are at fault).
  • Can the coach provide any of your information to a third party? (i.e., Your wife, husband, or other family members. For example, maybe your goal is to become less anxious in social settings and you wish your husband or wife to help you achieve this goal. So, providing your husband or wife with certain information in this specific example may be beneficial for you).
  • plus any other factors deemed important to either the coach or client.

This informal coaching contract is then dated and signed by both the coach and the client. Each party is provided with a hard copy and the contract is able to be amended at anytime if agreed upon by both parties. 

Client confidentiality is 100% ensured. All client information will be secured as a hard copy in a safe and secure location.

No identifiable markers will be stored without the client's permission.

Names will be noted down as first and last name initials only or first-name full last name initials.
